Biography

Daniel Stachowski is a cartoonist, caricaturist, commentator on history and news. He has created several hundred drawings in which he ridiculed the surrounding reality, fanaticism, blind pursuit for money, false patriotism and political elites. Apart from satirical drawings, he also produces paintings painted on canvas which refer to the themes of ghosts, vampires, the 1980s and martial law. He also creates cardboard models and clay statuettes, creating a world of the repetitive characters, some of them genderless, with zoomorphic shapes. He then writes short stories about these figures in his notebooks, which he then transforms several times.
He has been associated with the ArtBrut Gallery and Studio since 2015.
